Initial consultation incorporating project feasibility, desired styles, wish lists, rough conceptual floor plans and elevations, and how to get it all onto paper.

A full set of to-scale drawings with 3Ds, elevations, detailed floor plans and how it all sits on the property.

Continued refinements to the clients preference. Consultation in regards to zoning, building code, and design the whole way through.

Full working construction drawings of the house with all necessary technical details required for engineering, building permits and construction.

Taylor comes from a background in construction to compliment his Degree in Building Technology. Wielding a toolbelt equipped with both experience and education, he understands the complexities of the BC Building Code, the realities of the construction industry and the systems of the municipalities. In combination with a love of design, Taylor can come up with some truly distinctive custom designs.

He came in person to evaluate the area which I wanted to renovate, took measures, etc.  He was very knowledgable, easy to work and communicate with. He did drawings for the whole property and the drawing for permit under Saanich Municipality. Which was approved as well. I really recomend Taylor -Impact Home Design.   Impact home design is great company, we had a very problematic time with a renovation permit in Saanich.  Until we got a hold of impact home design, Taylor was able to help us with short notice we found him to be very organized with great advice he helped our permit and planning process go smooth. to top it off we found his pricing to be quite reasonable.
